Anelle "Nelly" Terrell is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. She earned both her undergraduate and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degrees from the University of Florida. With over five years of experience as a PA, Anelle has developed a deep expertise in plastic and aesthetic medicine. Her current focus is on cosmetic injectables and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey with safety, precision, and a natural touch.

Anelle believes that enhancing confidence starts with compassionate care. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels informed, comfortable, and empowered to make decisions about their appearance. Outside of the office, Anelle enjoys traveling abroad, especially hiking new trails and trying local cuisines. She also loves weight lifting and spending time with her husband and their dog, Soto.
